For those of you with a sweet tooth, here are four delicious sweet pancake filling ideas for you to try.
INGREDIENTS:
Simple Chocolate sauce:
150g Broken Dark Chocolate
6 tbsp Golden Syrup
Salted Caramel Sauce:
40g Unsalted Butter
50g Caster Sugar
50g Light Brown Sugar
50ml Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
Raspberry Coulis:
350g Frozen Raspberries
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon
93g Caster Sugar
Caramelised Bananas:
2 Bananas (cut into pieces)
2-3 tbsp Butter
2-3 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
NOTES:
Simple Chocolate Sauce:
You could use milk chocolate, white chocolate or chocolate orange instead.
Raspberry Coulis:
You could use frozen mixed berries.
Caramelised Bananas:
Not keen on bananas why not try it with apples or segments of orange.

Simple Chocolate Sauce:
In a pan heat the golden syrup and broken chocolate over a medium heat stirring until the chocolate has melted. Serve over warm pancakes.
Salted Caramel Sauce:
Combine the butter, sugars, salt & vanilla extract in a pan place over a medium heat, stir until the butter has melted & sugars dissolve. Pour in the double cream & stir continually for a few minutes. Serve over warm pancakes.
Raspberry Coulis:
Combine all of the ingredients into a pan, bring to the boil over a medium heat & cook until soft. Over a bowl sieve the mixture through with the back of a spoon. Serve either warm or cool add a few fresh berries & some vanilla ice cream.
Caramelised Bananas:
In a pan melt the butter over a medium heat, add the sugar & stir until dissolved, then add the bananas for a few minutes until caramelised. Serve with warm pancakes on there own or with some ice cream.
