Friday 13th November – 3pm to 9pm
Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November – 10am to 5pm
Join us for a festive weekend filled with seasonal cheer at our Christmas Market!
Set across two beautifully decorated barns, you’ll discover over 70 stallholders offering artisan food and drink, unique gifts, artwork, Christmas decorations and much more, perfect for getting a head start on your Christmas shopping.
Outside, enjoy live performances from talented local singers on our stage while you relax in our undercover seating area. Surrounding the stage, you’ll find a tempting selection of hot food, refreshing drinks and licensed bars, the perfect place to unwind after all that festive shopping!
Entry to the market is free, and car parking is just £3 per vehicle, with all proceeds supporting local charities.
And don’t miss our magical Christmas Shop, a wonderland of festive lights, decorations and unique gift ideas, along with our Festive Food Hall, bursting with seasonal treats. Both will remain open daily right up until Christmas Eve, even after the market weekend has ended.
We can’t wait to welcome you and help you soak up the festive atmosphere!
A Few Important Bits Before You Visit…
New Christmas Market Entrance For 2026
Please note that the entrance to this year’s Christmas Market has changed.
Visitors will no longer enter via the Farm Shop entrance. Instead, please continue further along New Barn Road to the Southfleet Cricket Pitch entrance, where you will be directed towards the Christmas Market and visitor parking.
Please follow the event signage and directions from traffic management on arrival.
Parking & Busy Periods
As this is a free event, the market can become extremely busy at peak times. For safety reasons, there may occasionally be short periods where we need to temporarily close the car parks and pause entry to the market.
We completely understand this can be frustrating, and we’re very grateful for your patience and understanding. In most cases, the car parks reopen fairly quickly, so if you’re able to return a little later, you can usually gain entry without too long a wait.
Please Wear Suitable Footwear
As we are a working farm, the ground underfoot can become uneven, muddy or wet during poor weather, particularly in outdoor areas and car parks. We strongly recommend wearing suitable footwear such as boots or wellies.
Dogs
We love dogs almost as much as we love Christmas, but sadly they are not permitted inside the barns during the Christmas Market (with the exception of assistance dogs).
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in the outdoor areas where you’ll find the entertainment and food trucks.
